Engineered Comfort Solutions (ECS) is actively seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead industrial and large commercial mechanical projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong foundation in HVAC systems and project management. You'll be the driving force behind coordination, budgeting, and execution-ensuring projects meet client expectations while adhering to timeframes, budgets, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring execution aligns with project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal departments for seamless project delivery.
• Prepare and manage detailed schedules, work plans, procurement logs, and submittal tracking.
• Review mechanical drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
• Lead procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Monitor project milestones and financials, including forecasting, billing, and change management.
• Conduct regular site visits, status meetings, and progress reports.
• Enforce ECS safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all job sites.
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
