We are hiring full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) —including those with feeding therapy experience or interest —to join our pediatric outpatient team in a collaborative, therapist-led environment.

What You'll Do
SLP Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with articulation, language, voice, fluency, swallowing, feeding, and cognitive-communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable goals
- Provide feeding therapy as appropriate based on training and experience
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Document care using Raintree EMR and manage an appropriate caseload
SLPA Responsibilities :
Deliver speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLPImplement treatment plans targeting speech, language, feeding, and communication goalsTrack patient progress and assist with documentationSupport families and the care team to promote consistency and carryoverRequirements
For SLPs :
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive or eligible state SLP licenseCCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) statusPediatric experience preferred, but not requiredFeeding therapy experience is a plus, but not requiredFor SLPAs :
Completion of an accredited SLPA programActive or eligible SLPA licenseStrong passion for working with childrenInterest in supporting feeding therapy is a plusBenefits
