A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (Revenue Cycle Management).
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Resolve client issues by coordinating with appropriate staff and maintaining communication
Identify sales opportunities and assist in the client retention process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in healthcare
Proficient in using computer applications related to payment posting and A / R follow-up
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and maintain strong customer service focus
Experience with HIPAA compliance and understanding of healthcare industry standards
