We are currently seeking a QAPI Manager (RN) in the Los Angeles area who shares our passion for providing dignified, compassionate end-of-life care.
Shift Schedule : Full-Time, Monday - Friday (8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm)

Qualifications :
Registered Nurse with valid state licenseAt least two years of varied work experience as a licensed nurse and preferably one of the two years as QAPI nurseHospice experience or home health is a great plusAssociates must have reliable means of transportation to consistently meet attendance and punctuality standards. This role does not require a valid driver’s license or personal vehicle unless specified in additional job requirementsWhat you'll be doing :
Work with the Director of Patient Care Services to provide an on-going, comprehensive assessment of the quality of care and services provided and coordinate the implementation of the program’s Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Plan as well as complete related audits and studiesWork with the patients, families, and interdisciplinary team to start patients on Silverado hospice servicesReview all incidents, concerns and grievances to ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation have occurredConduct regular QAPI meetings, report findings and coordinate development of action plansComply with hospice policies and procedures, laws and regulations and standards of practice and maintain current regulation informationAnticipated pay range : $125,000 USD - $135,000 USD
