2nd Shift Assistant Quality Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Quality Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in auditing of standard operating procedures to ensure standardized methods are being used by all production employees. The qualified candidate will also be responsible for the quality of products produced at Masters Gallery Foods including, but not limited to, ensuring that all quality standards and guidelines are met for all finished goods.

Oversee the quality of finished products and address daily line quality issues.

• Conduct audits on quality SOPs, production processes, facility operations, and GMP compliance.
• Perform positive release checks for all finished goods.
• Coordinate and monitor extended run swabbing schedules and results.
• Train new hires on quality checks and SOP verifications.
• Perform inspections across various production areas, including coolers, storage, and pack-off rooms.
• Manage shelf-life inspections and handle disposals as needed.
• Review and document quality issues with product samples, including pizza bakes.
• Monitor non-conforming products, maintain hold logs, and process dispositions.
• Conduct environmental and sanitation swabbing, assist with lab testing, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Participate in Glass and Hard Plastic Audits and present quality-related materials in team meetings.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects and assist with customer complaint investigations.
