Location : Plano, TX (75074)

Schedule : Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Pay : $22–$26 / hr + Full Benefits + Weekly Paychecks

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Lawn Health Technician to join our experienced, tight-knit team. You’ll visit 20–25 residential properties daily in your company truck, applying professional fertilizers and pest control treatments to create lush, healthy lawns.

You’ll become the go-to expert customers rely on for lawn health, mosquito reduction, and pest control solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control products safely and accurately
  • Manage assigned daily routes and record service details
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Maintain company vehicle and equipment
  • Follow all safety standards and best practices

    Requirements

    What You Bring

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (MVR required)
  • Must be 25+ years old (insurance requirement)
  • 1–2 years of experience in fertilization, pest control, or related chemical application preferred
  • Texas 3A Lawn & Ornamental Pest Control License or similar pesticide applicator certification preferred (we’ll help you get licensed if you’re not)
  • Ability to identify and diagnose common turf issues such as weeds, insects, and diseases
  • Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
  • Understands and follows safety protocols for chemical use, handling, and equipment maintenance
  • Can work independently while managing routes and interacting with clients professionally
  • Quick learner with a drive to master the trade and grow with the company
