Bonus potential Medical, Dental, Vision 401k Work/life balance Hybrid schedule Job Details Key Responsibilities: Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives. Counsel clients on estate planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure asset protection. Handle probate and trust administration, including court filings, accountings, and compliance with legal requirements. Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans. Stay up-to-date with federal and state tax laws, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Represent clients in estate and trust litigation, as needed. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active state bar membership. 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate law. Strong understanding of estate tax laws and experience in tax-related estate planning is preferred. Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
