Pay Information

$45 to $50 per hour

About The Position

Job Title : Travel Registered Nurse - Recovery

Location : Canton, GA, 30115

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Nights | 12-hour shifts (7 PM – 7 : 30 AM) | 36 hours / week

Duration : 13 weeks

Blended hourly pay : $50 / hr

Weekly Stipend : $1246 ($34.61 per hour)

Weekly Taxable : $554 ($15,38 per hour)

Weekly Gross : $1,800

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in Recovery or Post-Anesthesia Nursing
  • License : Active RN license (State or Compact)
    • Certifications :
  • BLS (AHA)
  • NIHSS

Experience with : Orthopedic post-op care and patient monitoring

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and provide post-operative care to orthopedic patients in the recovery unit, ensuring stability and safety.
  • Assess patients’ vital signs, manage pain, and respond to changes in condition promptly.
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and required treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless post-op care and handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, follow recovery protocols, and educate patients and families on post-operative care.
