Compensation : $200K$240K base + Annual Bonus + Equity

The Opportunity

As Director of Manufacturing & Sustaining Engineering , youll be the operational cornerstone guiding the company from FDA approval to commercial scale. Youll oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and sustaining R&D functions building the systems and team that will define the companys next chapter.

• Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics operations to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Drive process optimization for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness .
• Partner closely with R&D, production, and commercial teams to ensure smooth product transitions and continuous improvement.
