Director of Advancement

A company is looking for a Director of Advancement to lead fundraising operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure achievement of annual and long-term fundraising goals through strategic planning and performance tracking

Oversee alumni engagement and foundation relations, integrating them into a cohesive fundraising strategy

Manage a personal portfolio of high-capacity donors and collaborate with senior leadership to enhance donor engagement

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Minimum 8-10 years of fundraising experience, including 5 years in a leadership role

Experience with grant writing and managing relationships with foundations

Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and high-net-worth individuals

Experience managing fundraising operations and using donor CRM systems
