Job Summary :

We're looking for a sharp, systems-savvy Senior Accounting & Data Analyst to join our AMG Retirement Plans finance team. This is a high impact role for someone who thrives in complexity, owns outcomes, and brings clarity to ambiguity. You'll be the connective tissue between Finance, IT, and data systems - ensuring our financial reporting is accurate and reconciled as we continue to integrate a reinsurance acquisition and transform processes across the finance team.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

Acquisition Integration and Ongoing Analysis

• You will be the Senior Analyst supporting the financial integration of a complex reinsurance acquisition, in addition to ongoing support.
• Reconcile data across source systems and two separate entities' general ledger systems (Workday and SAP), identifying and resolving variances through root-cause analysis and adjusting journal entries.
• Partner with the Senior Manager to ensure seamless monthly closes, intercompany reporting, and data integrity.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range :

$107,250.00 - $182,000.00
