LoanMax Title Loans is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Portland, ME location. This is a full-time, in-person position (not remote). We are looking for a professional, motivated, and dependable individual who is ready to grow with a company that values honesty, integrity, and outstanding customer service.

Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of our company and play a vital role in providing fast and friendly service to our customers. Responsibilities include :

• Assisting potential and existing customers with questions regarding loan products
• Evaluating vehicles for loan eligibility
• Managing customer accounts and processing payments
• Making courtesy calls and maintaining regular communication with customers
