General, Sport, or Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon Needed in New York

• Position :
• Hospital and established group have partnered and looking to grow their services in the area
• Team currently has Spine, Sport, Total / General, 3 Orthopedic Nurse practitioners, and are currently looking to add to the team
• Group offices and performs procedures in two locations, 15 minutes apart – Easy to get OR time
• Up to 60% general with ability to grow the service line with zero competition
• Hospitals both have over 100 years in the area, a part of the same ACO, and have over 150 referring physicians
• Providers average 30 patients a day in clinic, and have autonomy to set surgeries when needed
• Hospitals and group have cutting-edge technology, including a Da Vinci, onsite MRI and DEXA
• Offering :
• Offering a base salary of $640,000+, ability to exceed $800,000 with wRVUs and Quality bonus
• Sign on bonus, relocation, Fellowship Stipend, loan reimbursement, 403b with match and full healthcare benefits offered
• 6 weeks PTO, $4,000 CME, dental and vision given
• Fall in Physician Shortage Area designation, they are capped exempt for visa
