Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Senior Associate, Technology Investments to join their team in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you'll oversee complex deal closings and strategic investment operations for our PE Transactions Management team. You'll get exposure to senior stakeholders and leading companies across the private markets landscape.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution and operational management of private equity and venture transactions, with an emphasis on technology-focused and high-growth investments

Oversee all aspects of deal closings, coordinating across investment, legal, tax, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment

Manage end-to-end deal workflows including diligence, documentation, funding logistics, and corporate actions, maintaining accuracy and timeliness throughout the closing process

Serve as the primary liaison to external partners such as founders, venture counsel, custodians, and administrative agents, managing communication and resolving complex transaction matters

Act as a key operational resource for process and systems initiatives, leveraging data and technology to enhance transparency, scalability, and efficiency across deal execution

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve infrastructure and develop scalable operating models supporting the firm's growing private equity and venture investment platform

Partner with global transaction management colleagues to ensure best practices, alignment, and consistency across regions

Qualifications

5+ years of alternative investments experience in Private Equity or Transaction Advisory

Experience managing end-to-end private equity or venture deal closings

Strong understanding of private markets, fund structures, and transaction operations
