We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical team at our busy offices in the North Metro Atlanta area. We are looking for an outstanding physician assistant or Nurse practitioner with a passion for quality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team approach to join our growing organization. Ideally, the incoming PA / NP has a strong background in pain medicine, can diagnose and treat a variety of conditions and is highly knowledgeable in the latest treatments and technologies related to pain management, as well as have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with patients. Must have experience with joint injections and evaluation of soft tissue injuries. The incoming provider will be covering our offices in the North metro area and will require travel to each office for clinical care and this position is offered either full time or part time.

Duties :

• Patient exam / evaluation to include Physical exam, Ortho, Neuro, Musculoskeletal exam, medical history, Review MRI / CT reports and relevant imaging / studies
• Direct patient care (Diagnoses, Treatment plans) for a wide variety of pain types and conditions
• Perform interventional procedures such as trigger point injections and joint injections
• Referral as needed for Imaging and Consultation with other specialties
• Regularly reassess Patients to determine effectiveness / progress
• Patient education re; diagnosis, treatment plan options, post procedure care, and lifestyle modifications
• Coordination of treatment plan with patient and other team members
• Collaborate care with supervisory physicians
• Accurate and timely documentation
