Top Required Skills :

1) Analytical (Excel, Power BI, and accounting)

2) Demonstratable Excel skills - to include a good base in data entry but must be able to use Excel lookup tables, indexing, and scripts.

3) Customer service skills to include - billing related and strong communication skills with both internal partners and external clients. Will need the ability to interact with a variety of personalities in a professional manner.

4) Strong communication, customer service and team skills are critical.

Soft skill requirements :

o Strong communication skills both verbal and written

o Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

Nice to Have Skills :

o Programming (SQL, API, DAX)

o Utility industry background

Education :

Pay :

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $40 per hour.
