Role : Ink Technician

Location :  Cleveland, Tennessee

Type : FTE / Permanent

Shift Type : Candidates should be open to working Day, Night, Weekends, and Rotating shifts

This position requires candidates with at least 1 years minimum of water-based ink mixing / color matching experience.

Position Summary :

The Ink Technician is responsible for producing high-quality blended inks that meet customer specifications. This role involves hands-on work in the ink formulation process, ensuring accurate color matching and timely delivery of press-ready inks to customer equipment. The technician will maintain organized work areas and contribute to quality assurance by adhering to production schedules and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Weigh, blend, and deliver press-ready inks efficiently to customer equipment while adhering to quality standards.
• Perform precise color matching and ink formulation according to customer production schedules.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including records of color matches, ink adjustments, consignment returns, and customer complaints as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support a safe and efficient work environment.
• Adhere to all required personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
