Central Florida's Behavioral Health Network, Inc. (CFBHN) is a leading behavioral health managing entity in Florida, covering 14 counties. We provide oversight to providers serving in mental health and substance abuse across various settings, including schools and communities. With over 25 years in operation, we are well respected and conveniently located near Brandon.

The SOR Program Manager ensures that the SOR program(s) are implemented and managed according to contractual requirements. We seek someone with at least 5 years of behavioral health program management experience. This is a vital role at CFBHN, and we are looking for a candidate with the right education, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between ME, DCF, stakeholders, and providers.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved.
  • Develop, analyze, and report on program data and trends.
  • Manage day-to-day program activities to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Oversee network providers receiving SOR funding.
  • Represent CFBHN in meetings and community events.
  • Create reports to evaluate program outcomes and performance measures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to refine data reporting and program improvement.
  • Provide technical assistance and training related to the program.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • At least five years of behavioral health program management experience.
  • Experience managing Substance Use programs.
  • Deep understanding of Florida's mental health / substance abuse system.
  • Knowledge of contractual requirements from funders.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
