About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Client Experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a client-centric approach, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing lead generation efforts, and building account strategic goals from the client's perspective. This role requires a creative and genuine individual who can leverage existing relationships to drive sales and impact organizational growth. The Vice President will also be tasked with establishing and growing client portfolios through proactive outreach and relationship-building, as well as leading projects from inception to completion and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Applicants for the Vice President of Client Experience position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field, with a minimum of 6-8 years' of work experience in direct sales, agency, or client / account management roles. Event industry experience is essential, along with a proven track record of exceeding expectations. The role demands exceptional communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Box, and Salesforce, and demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
