Job descriptionHigh School education or equivalent. Three years of experience. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Suite, AS400 experience preferred. Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills. Good judgment and ability to prioritize and organize workflow to meet deadlines. Ability to analyze data & convert to graphs. Mathematical aptitude. Proof-reading skills. 403(b) Retirement Savings Retirement fund of 12% per pay period after completing 1,000 hours of service during any two 12-month period. 20% Discount on tuition at Missouri Baptist University Free individual membership to YMCA nationwide Discounts on YMCA programs Discounts on YMCA Childcare
Description
- Communicate with people at all levels in a positive way.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately on a computer using our software tools.
- Ability to support management and philosophies of the Gateway Region YMCA.
- Produce organized accurate and reliable information while meeting deadlines.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
