What You'll Do:

Lead & manage maintenance operations for all facility machinery

Oversee budgets, projects, and work orders, ensuring efficiency and compliance

Develop & implement predictive/preventative maintenance programs

Utilize KIWI & SAP systems to track key maintenance performance measures

Ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) regulations

Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement

Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and leadership teams

What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma/GED required (Technical courses or college preferred)
• Experience with servo motors, PLCs, AC/DC drives, and maintenance troubleshooting
• Prior leadership/supervisory experience in an industrial setting
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and maintenance tracking systems
• Ability to work weekends/off-shifts as needed
