Lead Clinical Social Worker - Case Management

Join Our Team as a Lead Clinical Social Worker!

We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Social Worker to join our Care Management Department. This is a full-time position with 8-hour day shifts, including rotating weekends. While this role does not have direct reports, you will have the opportunity to precept and mentor other social workers, especially in complex cases.

As a Lead Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, provide counseling, and offer information and referrals to both inpatients and outpatients, and their families. You will work closely with our medical and paramedical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. In collaboration with the Director or Manager of Case Management, you will be involved in personnel management and will help to ensure timely delivery of essential services to our patients and their families.

Required Qualifications :

• Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.
• California Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
• 5 years of experience in social work.
• 4 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

The salary range for this position is $46.57 - $72.29, with additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials and bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and career growth.
