Job descriptionBachelors Degree in any field or a graduate of a military service school equivalent to Command and General Staff College, the Sergeant Majors Academy and / or an Army specific specialty course. Rank of Major (O-4) or Master Sergeant (E-8). Five (5) + years general experience in military planning, training, operations, logistics, intelligence, force design / development and capability / training developments. Served on the Battalion or Brigade level staff in an operations position. Active Secret Clearance
Training And Development Manager
Location : Remote Work
Clearance Level : Secret
Responsibilities (including, but not limited) :
- Sustain Army Training Readiness Products with focuses on Mission Essential Task Lists (METL).
- Conduct analysis and integration of Army and Joint Training Products.
- Provide support to the execution of the Standards for Training Readiness Advisory Group (STRAG) responsibilities.
