Automotive Technician - No Weekends No Holidays!

We are growing and adding one Technician on this amazing team!

Job Details :

• We are looking for a Technician who has experience, wants to learn testing and diagnosing vehicles, has goals for hours turned- we provide much in return!
• We provide a clean environment and a trusted team to be a part of.

• We help with your development both professionally and personally and meet regularly to find ways to help.
• We ensure equipment is updated and the manager is quick to respond during failure.
• We have updated tools that make you more efficient (4 Snap-on diagnostic machines with screens, 3 information systems to pull technical data / wiring diagrams, Pico lab scope, 2 a / c machines, 2 trans exchange machines, ADAS calibration tool, Snap-on transmission jack, and so much more).
• We provide $100 a month for your own personal tool purchases.
• We have extensive tools available to you, and the shop buys the most major tooling.
• We provide a clean and organized shop and tool storage areas.
• We provide $150 every 6 months for new shoes.
• We pay for all your training and certifications and the time it takes to go and take the tests.
• We have two master technicians on staff if you need any assistance learning a new testing procedure or need assistance with a testing strategy (testing strategies are well taught).
• One of our ASE Master Technicians Steven was recently voted City's Best Mechanic. Steven's passion in life is to teach others and to work together for a common goal.
• Danny Crawford is also another ASE Master Technician and will help assist and train when Steven is not available so you never feel like it is all up to you.
• We have excellent communication between the mechanics and the advisors on what is needed for each job including the approval of the technician labor before presenting to the customer.
• We close the shop early one day every quarter and take the team to do a fun event and dinner to say thank you to the team.
• We provide bonus' for work done above and beyond the goal.
