The Patient Care Coordination Associate plays a crucial role in scheduling new patient evaluations and follow-up appointments, managing communications, and coordinating patient care activities.
This is an office-based role with no direct patient interaction.

Schedule : Monday-Friday : 8am-5pm.

The salary range for this position is between $16.00 and $28.85 per hour, depending on full-time employment.
