Remote Patient Transportation Coordinator

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Transportation Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound phone calls to assist clients with non-emergency medical transportation needs

Consult with customers to understand their needs and determine the best transportation options

Utilize technology to improve operational models for reliable patient transportation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma required; college education preferred

Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment

Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting

Familiarity with supporting consumer products and / or services

100% attendance required during training sessions
