Schedule service appointments and greet customers warmly Review vehicle history and collaborate with technicians to identify service needs Clearly explain recommended services, costs, and current promotions Provide prompt, professional responses to customer questions Ensure vehicles are clean and all requested services are completed before delivery Review customer satisfaction feedback with the service manager Maintain high standards for repair order accuracy and production Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a dealership setting required Valid drivers license and professional appearance Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset High school diploma or equivalent preferred Please upload your resume.
