This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate and Probate Paralegal located in Danbury, CT. The paralegal will be responsible for residential and commercial real estate closings and management of probate and estate planning.  Compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate transactions
• Experience with probate and estate planning
• Experience in legal document preparation and due diligence
• Knowledge in Title Insurance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
