Medical Assistant - Trinity Health PACE

Location- Kinder Park

Hours - Full Time - Monday-Friday

Position Purpose

Join Trinity Health PACE in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our elderly participants. As a Medical Assistant, you'll support daily living activities, provide restorative and supportive care, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

What You Will Do

Assist with participant care including ADLs, vital signs, immunizations, and medication administration

Support providers during exams and treatments

Perform front office duties including triage and phone support

Maintain accurate documentation and supply levels

Uphold infection control and quality standards

Foster a collaborative, mission-driven culture

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and certification

At least 1 year of experience with frail or elderly populations (or willingness to train)

Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to change
