Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accounting Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Accounting team. This role will serve as a critical liaison between Accounting and IT, responsible for curating, validating, and analyzing large data sets from our point-of-sale (POS) systems. The Analyst will generate recurring reports, mine data for actionable insights, and ensure data integrity to support accurate inventory and cost accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Curation, Mining & Reporting

Develop and maintain recurring POS-based reports, including :

Daily inventory rollforwards

Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies in collaboration with the IT department.

Work closely with the Oracle Inventory subledger owner to ensure accurate mapping and reconciliation between POS and financial systems.

Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows.
