Inova Northern Virginia Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a Full-Time Surgical Technologist (ST) to join our exceptional team of surgical professionals. The ideal candidate will possess at least two or more years of experience in the Operating Room, with a focus on orthopedic surgery.

We value strong teamwork and encourage independent problem-solving. The successful candidate will be a proactive, calm, and adaptable individual who can effectively support a variety of needs as they arise within the department.

Our center features four Operating Room suites and three GI / Endo rooms, soon to expand to four. While our primary focus is on orthopedic surgery, we also excel in Total Joints, GYN, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, Plastics, and general surgeries.

WORK SCHEDULE :

• Monday-Friday, 5x8s
• Day shift only, no nights, weekends, call, or holidays
