Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Start Date : April

Contract Length : 6 months is the preference here

Shift Details : 40 hour work week

Schedule : Flexible - Weekdays 4x10hr shifts or 5x8's (May consider 3x10s)

Number of Providers Needed : 3

Support Staff : Anesthesia techs

Patients Per Day : Approximately 150 anesthetics per day between Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, etc

Patient Population / Age : 18 - Geriatric. Very limited pediatric cases but travelers is not included in pediatric cases

Department description : Large department of 70 CRNAs with 15 anesthesiologists working under Medical Direction Care Team model providing anesthesia for generally, GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular cases

EMR : Epic (Preferred)

Special Equipment : Have Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps. Utilize Draeger anesthesia machines

Skills Required : No regional or block skills needed

Practice Setting : Hospital - Medical Center

Board Certified - Required

Active SC License - Required

DEA - Required

ACLS, BLS, PALS - Preferred

Minimum experience required : 3 years
