As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional in-store merchandising support to retailers. This includes :

Creating eye-catching displays and end caps
Resetting shelves and ensuring proper product rotation
Monitoring inventory levels to help optimize sales
