Supplier Quality Engineer
Location : Charlotte, NC

Reports to : Quality Manager

We’re looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) who is passionate about driving excellence and building strong supplier partnerships. In this key role, you’ll ensure that every component and material sourced for our manufacturing operations meets the highest standards of quality and performance. What You’ll Do
- Define, implement, and maintain supplier quality requirements to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Conduct supplier audits (both on-site and remotely) to evaluate capability and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the incoming inspection process , manage nonconformities, and drive root cause and corrective actions .
- Partner with Purchasing and Engineering teams to support new product introductions and supplier onboarding.
- Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics , reporting results and recommending improvement plans.
