Overview

SC&H Group is redesigning our approach to traditional Human Resources services with a commitment to Talent Experience & Operations. We are seeking a Talent Experience Partner to be based out of either the Hunt Valley or Columbia office in Maryland. This role sits on the firm's corporate services team supporting colleagues across practice areas and locations and provides dedicated service to select practices.

The Talent Experience Partner will advise leaders and shape programs in employee relations, new hire orientation and onboarding, and performance management. They will collaborate with a group of practice leaders to ensure talent strategies align with business objectives and growth goals, contributing to a rewarding experience for our colleagues.

They will be a member of the Talent Experience & Operations team and work with other Talent functions including Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Advise leaders on employee relations, onboarding, orientation, and performance management.
  • Partner with practice leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives and growth goals.
  • Collaborate with Talent Experience & Operations team and other Talent functions (Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition).
  • Provide dedicated service to selected practices across SC&H.
  • Deliver engaging group presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Work independently and as part of a team; on-site requirement : a minimum of 4 days a week in Columbia, MD or Hunt Valley, MD.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
  • Experience as a trusted advisor to leaders on HR matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including delivering engaging group presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • On-site requirement of four days per week in Columbia, MD or Hunt Valley, MD.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience in a professional services firm and / or rapidly growing company.
  • Compensation and Benefits

    The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 annually. Salary offers are based on candidate-specific factors including skills, responsibilities, experience, degrees, certifications, and market considerations.
