What you can expect as a Liability Claims Adjuster :

  • Investigate and verify facts of loss to analyze and confirm coverage.
  • Handle the entire claims process, from investigation to resolution, including communication with insured parties and external experts.
  • Establish and adjust reserves, ensuring accurate and timely claims management.
  • Draft and submit coverage correspondence, including Reservation of Rights and denials.
  • Mentor less experienced adjusters and assist with training as needed.

    • What we are looking for as a Liability Claims Adjuster :

  • Bachelors degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in handling complex liability claims
  • Maintain a Florida 520 License; ability to obtain Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia licenses upon hire
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
