A company is looking for an Associate Parish Lead, Operations. Key Responsibilities Learn the vision and strategy of the Parish team's offerings and support onboarding coordination for new partners Build and support operational systems to streamline workflows and maintain accurate partnership records Manage partner communication and engagement, coordinating logistics for parish engagement processes Required Qualifications Passionate about the company's mission and understanding of parish life and prayer Experience in administrative support, parish ministry, or operations is a plus Strong organizational skills and operational excellence in fast-paced environments Ability to work in ambiguity with attention to detail and a process-oriented approach Comfortable with or eager to learn tools like Slack, HubSpot, Notion, and Google Workspace
