Associate Pricing Manager

A company is looking for an Associate Manager Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

Produce rate level indications and pricing recommendations for multiple states

Manage pricing-related rate revision activities and filings

Oversee a team of 3-5 pricing analysts, including performance management and employee development

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience

OR a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience

Prior P&C Pricing or Reserving experience is preferred

Strong leadership and mentorship skills

Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools such as SQL, R, or Python
