Parts Counter Person- Nucar Chevrolet of Norwood

Nucar Chevrolet of Norwood, 381 Providence Hwy, Norwood, MA 02062, is currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing sales and service role that requires strong communication skills and a dedication to excellent service. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to retail and internal service customers
• Assist customers in accurately identifying and ordering automotive parts
• Communicate clearly with customers and the service department regarding backorders and delays
• Perform regular inventory tasks, including weekly bin counts and cycle counts
• Check in and stock nightly deliveries of parts and customer orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle heavy parts and packages (up to 50 lbs)
