This role involves managing audit processes, coordinating with internal and external teams, and implementing quality assurance benchmarks. You will play a critical role in supporting coding vendors and staff while identifying opportunities for process improvements. Accountabilities :

• Maintain and manage a comprehensive quality assurance program for coding operations.
• Monitor internal and vendor performance to ensure compliance and accuracy in risk adjustment coding.
• Provide expertise on coding standards, compliance, and best practices across ACA and MA programs.
• Assist in developing and delivering formal and informal training for staff, auditors, and coding vendors.
• Analyze audit findings and report results to leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective operational changes.
• Support the onboarding and training of new auditors and team members.
