As a member of the Leidos team, your responsibilities will include helping deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, which encompasses cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk functions, and data transport initiatives. Leidos is dedicated to unifying the shore-based networks and data management for the Navy, enhancing capabilities, and generating savings by consolidating efforts under a single enterprise network.
What will you do as a Help Desk Support Representative?
You will serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing tier 1 support through phone and online channels. Your role will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, and following appropriate escalation protocols. Additional responsibilities include :

Pay Range : $29.37+
