Company Overview : Our client is a community-based, family owned organization dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic end-of-life care that supports patients and families physically, emotionally, and spiritually, with added therapies like music, pet visits, Reiki, massage, and legacy projects.

This is a full-time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm ET position.

Job Overview : The RN will be responsible for independently managing a personal caseload of hospice patients across residential assisted living, group homes, and SNFs within a 40-mile radius of Marlborough. (Our client does their best to try to focus caseload near your home location)

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities : Telephone triage PRN visits for symptom management needs and other visits assigned by the Clinical Manager After-hours admissions and screens Remote chart auditing Stand up and stand down participation Qualifications : Valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts Hospice, oncology or home health experience is preferred. Minimum two years recent, professional nursing experience. Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
