Industrial Color is a creative production agency with studios in New York and Los Angeles, partnering with top global brands. We're looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to bring bold ideas to life across media, from title design and digital campaigns to presentations and research.

You're detail-obsessed fluent in design, art, color, composition, and typography, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Your portfolio shows sharp instincts, a unique point of view, and versatility across project types and scales. If you're a self-starter who loves creating work that moves culture, we want to meet you.

In this role you will:

• Conduct design research and source visual references to inspire and inform creative concepts
• Create polished, visually compelling presentations that communicate ideas effectively
• Design and produce digital banners, collateral, eCommerce assets, social posts, video title sequences, and graphic elements for multimedia projects
• Explore and develop distinctive color palettes to enhance visual impact
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, senior creatives, and producers to bring concepts to life
• Contribute to the development and delivery of compelling creative pitches
• Clearly articulate and present design ideas to internal teams and stakeholders
• Develop style guides and standards documentation to ensure visual consistency across projects
