Location : Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901

Healthcare Setting : 16-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Employment Type : Travel Nursing Assignment

Nursing Shift : 12 Hour Nights (18 : 45 - 07 : 15)

Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36

Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 – End : 2 / 9 / 2026)

Patient Population : Adult patients (18+)

Equipment Used : IV pumps, Ventilators

Electronic Health Record : Meditech EHR

Scrub Color : Royal Blue

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1590 - $1710

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience

Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Ability to float to other hospital units as needed

Strong critical care nursing skills and experience with adult patient populations

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a 2 : 1 patient ratio ICU environment

Monitor and manage patients using advanced clinical equipment including IV pumps and ventilators

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Respond to medical emergencies and deliver life-saving interventions

Accurately document patient care using Meditech Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Participate in call rotation and work weekend shifts as required

Maintain professional nursing standards and adhere to facility dress code (Royal Blue scrubs)
