Available Shifts

• 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM (Monday - Friday)
• Mandatory overtime required as needed for each shift.

Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated hourly base pay rate for this position is $21.80 . This role is also eligible for S&C's annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Mold Machine Operator!

In this job you will mold a variety of epoxy parts and may perform other tasks such as sandblasting and painting of molded epoxy parts. You will work in a production environment, engage in continuous productive activity, and must meet requirements within time constraints driven by machine cycles ranging from 7 minutes to 22 minutes. Tasks require a high degree of eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and the use of both hands and arms on a repetitive basis for a full range of motion. You will frequently use hand and power tools such as knives, scrapers, engravers and air-impact tools. As a Mold Machine Operator, you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team.
