Restaurant District Manager ( Full Service, Bar )

POSITION TITLE : District Manager - Full-service Casual Restaurant Operations COMPENSATION : $90,000–$110,000 annually + monthly performance bonus BENEFITS : Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, 401(k) with company match, and additional perks SUMMARY : We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused District Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations and elevate every aspect of performance—from financial growth to guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on developing teams, driving operational excellence, and creating memorable dining experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES : Oversee day-to-day performance across multiple 5-7 restaurant full-service, casual locations Ensure adherence to all HR, safety, and food safety policies and procedures. Build, mentor, motivate management teams through coaching, recognition, and accountability. Promote positive, inclusive workplace culture that emphasizes communication, growth, and team success. Support ongoing leadership development through structured Individual Development Plans. Uphold brand standards for food quality, cleanliness, and facility maintenance, delivering great guest satisfaction scores. Actively engage in local community and marketing efforts to strengthen brand presence and sales. Review and interpret P&L statements, sales reports, and labor performance metrics to meet or exceed business targets. Identify opportunities for cost savings, sales growth, and operational improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership to execute regional initiatives and strategic objectives. QUALIFICATIONS : 8 years in restaurant operations minimum, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit, high-volume, full-service management role Experience with full-bar operations greatly preferred High school diploma or equivalent valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check Ability to meet physical job demands - regular driving in vehicle between each location on a regular basis, constant sitting / standing, assisting in day-to-day restaurant operations as needed EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Employment Type : Full Time Years Experience : 5 - 10 years Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 Annual Bonus / Commission : Yes
