Schedule
Monday - Friday 8am-5 : 30pm + overtime
Essential Job Functions
Track Daily / Weekly / Monthly Spend for all vendorsTracks Daily / Weekly / Monthly KPI's & prepare weekly KPI ReportsAssist in tracking Facility Action PlansAssist with Monthly FinancialsOrder Office / Warehouse Supplies & track CostsAssist planning teammate eventsMaintain Call em-all systemCreate Purchase Orders and monitor monthly spend by VendorsCreate Shopping Carts in SAP / CoupaReceive Supplies in CoupaEnsure all Facility Bills are paidConduct clerical duties, including filing, preparing documents and presentationsCreates daily / weekly / monthly presentationsStrong analytical skillsCreate & maintain Teammates Communication BoardsExcellent written, Verbal communication & Problem solving skillsAssist with all Capex spending, creates, maintains, all Capex related itemsParticipates in all Safety Meeting, takes required notes & communicates with the DC TeamPreferred Requirements
