What You'll Do

• Build the Business : Establish and scale a commercial service-based plumbing division while also targeting and expanding client relationships.
• Establish Your Team & Build Your Book of Business : Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of skilled technicians while actively developing new customer relationships and revenue streams.
• Drive Growth : Leverage your industry expertise and connections to identify opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and expand market presence.
• Sell with Impact : Act as the face of the plumbing division, bringing in new business through your sales ability and industry relationships.
• Lead with Vision : Inspire and mentor your team to deliver both service and client excellence.
• Master the Numbers : Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals that drive profitability and competitive advantage.
• Deliver Excellence : Oversee operations to ensure quality, safety, timeliness, and cost control for all client engagements.
• Source & Partner : Identify and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure the right materials, pricing, and partnerships for success.
• Think Big : Collaborate with executive leadership to set strategy, budgets, and growth plans for the division.
