Your Role

Provide nursing leadership for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and safety in assigned areas of responsibility.

Collaborate with physicians and other departments to coordinate patient and family needs.

Manage resources in a fiscally responsible manner.

Support the mission and vision of the facility, division, and company.

Assure quality care through initiation and evaluation of patient care utilizing performance improvement processes.
