Sign-On Bonus : Up to $500 based on experience (not available for rehires).

Training Pay : $16 - $18 (Based on Experience)

Regular Pay : Earning Potential $55k-$75k Based on performance

Schedule : Mon - Sat

As a member of ABCs Lawn Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining beautiful landscapes for our customers. Your work will enhance the appearance of lawns and gardens, ensuring our clients enjoy lush, well-manicured outdoor spaces. Seeking a detail oriented individual who is disciplined, diligent and sincere. This individual is cooperative - willing to learn and apply specialized technical knowledge to help maintain the customers lawn and outdoor space with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Requirements : What You'll Bring :

• Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application ( if you are assigned as a driver )
• Two Years Lawn Maintenance experience.
• Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.
• Ability to deliver quality work on a consistent basis.
• Accountability and a strong work ethic.
• Previous lawn maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and maintain good composure.
• Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route.
• Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to work year-round.
• English speaking is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work inside and / or outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
